New York Metro Regional Event Hayride Tour of Jersey's Commercial Agriculture RSVP by Friday, July 20, 2012 This is a unique opportunity to see how Rutgers New Jersey Agricultural Experiment Station (NJAES) is committed to investigating novel ways to support commercial growers while striving for economic and environmental sustainability. From the development of cultivars and variety trials that do well under New Jersey climate, to implementation of integrated pest management and safe agricultural practices, to expanding new markets, Rutgers NJAES stays on the cutting edge to help agriculture in the Garden State to thrive. Dr. Wesley Kline, a Rutgers Cooperative Extension Commercial Agriculture Agent, will be our expert guide on this Hayride Tour of Rutgers Agriculture Research & Extension Center.
