IFT/RCA Culinology® Presentations

Participants Chef Kevin Towels of YNot Foods and food scientist Heather Mohlman of Bellisio will be sharing their experiences on “Sauce Chip Technology”. Chef Christopher Warsow from Bell Flavors and food scientist Bill Christenson from Ed Miniat will be sharing their experiences on “Creative Collaboration in Sodium Reduction for Proteins.” The panelists will discuss their varied experiences in the product development process ― from ideation to market ― and how they work as a team to create new products.
